Scope of Requirement:
● Provide OTS liaison support for needs from agency, vendor, and OTS verticals
● Manage project resources, including other internal groups or third parties
● Develop and manage Agency and stakeholder relationships
● Focus on project’s productivity
● Manage and track OTS decisions, participation, and tasks with the goal of providing timely completion
● Keep track of project invoices and is able to provide budget projections
● Assist in identification and resolution of project risks and issues
● Provide assistance with monitoring and updating the project schedule/roadmap, due dates, release plan, and expectations
● Communicate project timelines and updates, providing weekly updates in Product Delivery’s portfolio system
● Participate in the development of and/or review of project management plans, process documents, deliverables and transition plans
● Assist with updating JIRA items
● Assist with UAT planning and bug tracking/reporting
● Help develop transition plans from: development team to production support team and from product development to product go-live
● Assist with the removal of impediments
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
● A minimum of 10 years project management experience
● Experience in modernized service delivery
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
● Project Management Professional Certification
● Experience using Jira
